FOREIGN WORKERS
Foreign workers bring valuable knowledge, skills, and experience to companies across Canada. They are an important asset to the Canadian economy and increase the potential pool of talent available to you.
As a company hiring foreign workers, ensuring everything goes smoothly is crucial to the success of your business. Whether any company needs to obtain a work permit for a newly hired employee or visas for international business visitors, time, and accuracy is of the essence.
Before hiring a temporary foreign worker, you must receive a successful Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). This is a document from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) stating that an employer can hire a foreign worker.
LMIAs are needed for a wide variety of positions and jobs. Our team works directly with you to ensure your application is accurate, complete, and meets all of the requirements from the ESDC. We will also help ensure compliance once the employee is hired.
In some cases, you may be exempt from requiring an LMIA. We can help you identify exemptions so that you are taking the best path to bring in a foreign worker for your business and circumstances.
Foreign workers also come under Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
